By using FlashList to post or browse listings, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. FlashList is a Broadcast Tool

FlashList is simply a tool to create and share property listings quickly. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any listing posted on our platform. The listings are created by users (brokers or owners), and FlashList makes no representations regarding the content.

2. No Involvement in Transactions

FlashList is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or interaction between a poster and a buyer/renter. We do not handle payments, broker deals, or facilitate communications beyond providing a direct link to the poster's phone number or WhatsApp.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user creating a listing, you agree that:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the phone number, property details, and photos you submit.
• You will not post fraudulent, duplicate, spam, or misleading listings.
• You have the right to share the images and details of the property.

4. Right to Remove Content

FlashList reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, edit, or hide any listing that violates these terms, is reported as spam or fraudulent, or for any other reason, without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlashList and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any financial loss arising from the use of the platform, reliance on listings, or any real estate transactions originating from a FlashList link.
