When you create a listing on FlashList, we collect:

• Your Name and Phone Number: To display on your listing so buyers or other brokers can contact you directly.
• Property Details: Including price, locality, description, and other attributes of the property you are listing.
• Photos: Images you upload of the property. These are stored securely on Cloudflare R2.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

• Public Display: The primary purpose of FlashList is to broadcast your listing. Your name, phone number, and property details are displayed publicly on your specific listing page.
• Analytics: We track basic view counts and non-personally identifiable analytics to show you how many people have seen your listing.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use Supabase to securely store listing data and Cloudflare R2 for images. In the future, we may display ads (such as Google AdSense) which may use cookies to personalize advertising.

4. DPDP Act (India) Consent & Data Removal

In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, by submitting a listing on FlashList, you explicitly consent to the public display of your provided name and phone number.

You have the right to withdraw your consent or request the deletion of your listing and personal data at any time. To request removal, please contact us at the details below. We will process your request promptly.
